Large, versatile, and fun, this spaghetti-like pasta is shaped like a straw with a hollow center. The word bucatini derives from Italian: buco, meaning "hole", and bucato, meaning "pierced". Pasta Bucatini pairs perfectly with most sauces, and it works well in casseroles or stir-fried meals.

There are different reasons why Pasta Cocco is so unique and still said to be among the best pasta in Italy. Produced with traditional old machines, Giuseppe Cocco rebuilt right after the second world war, piece by piece, the necessary tools to continue his father’s know-how for Italian pasta making.
