The Smoked Burrata is made by Caseificio Artigiana a respected Italian cheese producer from Apulia. The Smoked Burrata is made of pasteurized cows’ milk. The Smoked Burrata is recognizable by its red-brownish colour.
The whole process of making the Burrata is handmade, it is stuffed with a soft and creamy stracciatella and wrapped with pasta filata to get the finesse. The Burrata is smoked by the wood of beech trees to obtain this specific flavour and colour.
