Fassona beef is the exceptionally Italian breed, born and raised in the region of Piedmont. This Fassona cattle are raised in open pastures and feed with cereal, hay to locust beans.

Fassona rump is a boneless piece of beef, cut from the hindquarter that covers the hip bone. It’s made with three to five rump muscles which are not mainly used and resulting in a mix of textures and extreme tenderness.

Tasty, the Fassona rump is a high-quality piece of meat and very tender and ideal when roasted or diced.
