Fadi Prestige is an International leader in organic gourmet & fair trade for fine dining tables. Fadi grew up in a family that has been involved in gastronomy since 1920. His love for gourmet food and quality products was instilled in him at a young age by his parents and grandparents. He even wrote to his mother every week while in boarding school to tell her what he wanted to eat at every meal during the weekend.

As an adult, he began making changes to the menus of his family's establishments and traveled the world to discover new products and cultures. In 2008, he founded Fadi Prestige with the goal of selling organic food products of exceptional quality that are produced or developed with respect for the environment and animal welfare, and have outstanding sensory qualities.
